000553<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>III.- SERVICES AND CONTRACTING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>See the corresponding section of the content menu of the website.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV.- CANCELLATION POLICY LATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A) Cancellation policy applicable to the contracting of the tourist accommodation service in high season, which includes: Easter, 1 May long weekend, Sant Joan long weekend, July and August stays, 11 September long weekend, 12 October long weekend, All Saints&#8217; Day, Christmas and New Year&#8217;s Eve.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation 60 days or more before the date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation between 30 and 59 days before the date of arrival, 80% of the deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>If the cancellation of the reservation is requested between 15 and 29 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>If the cancellation of the reservation is made within 14 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded and the following penalties will be applied:\n<ul>\n<li>a) Reservation for two or fewer days, 60% of the total price of the stay.<\/li>\n<li>b) Reservations for more than two days and up to seven days, 50% of the total price of the stay.<\/li>\n<li>c) Reservation for more than seven days, 40% of the total price of the stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The deposit not returned will be considered as the amount withheld on account of the corresponding penalty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B) Cancellation policy for stays in low season (includes days\/periods not included in the section A))<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation 30 days or more before the date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation between 20 and 29 days before the date of arrival, 80% of the deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>If the cancellation of the reservation is requested between 11 and 19 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>If the cancellation of the reservation is made within 10 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded and the following penalties will be applied:\n<ul>\n<li>a) Reservation for two or fewer days, 60% of the total price of the stay.<\/li>\n<li>b) Reservations for more than two days and up to seven days, 50% of the total price of the stay.<\/li>\n<li>c) Reservation for more than seven days, 40% of the total price of the stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The deposit not returned will be considered as the amount withheld on account of the corresponding penalty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C) Compensation for renunciation of the stay<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When users of the establishment leave the reserved unit before the date until which they had it reserved, the following clauses will apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a) Stay of two or fewer days: 100% of the total price of the stay may be demanded<\/li>\n<li>b) Stay of more than two days and up to seven days: 70% of the total price of the stay may be charged.<\/li>\n<li>c) Stay of more than seven days: 60% of the total price of the stay may be demanded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I.- IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THE COMPANY Josep Call Prun\u00e9s Postal address: Casa Call 25283 OD\u00c8N Telephone: 689477590 E-mail: call@elcall.org &nbsp;
