II.- For what purpose do we process your personal data?
The information provided by the interested parties is used for the following purposes:
- F1 Contractual purpose. We process the personal data that is necessary for the formalization of the contract for the provision of the tourist accommodation service.
- F2 Legal purpose. Your personal data is also processed under the provisions of sectoral regulations, in particular:
- Tax regulations
- Commercial regulations
- Citizen safety regulations (obligation to register in accommodation establishments)
- F3 Commercial purpose. If you give us your consent, we will send you information about our establishment (news, activities, gifts or promotions) by email.
III.- How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for the periods indicated below:
- Data that have a contractual and legal purpose (tax and commercial) will be kept for a period of 5 years.
- The data and documentation necessary to comply with public safety regulations will be kept for a period of 3 years.
- We will process the data you provide us with for commercial purposes for a period of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest, as long as you do not request its deletion or cancellation beforehand.
IV.- What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
- As for the contractual purpose, the legal basis for the processing of your data is compliance with the contract for the provision of the tourist accommodation service (including pre-contractual management), in compliance with the legal regime established by Decree 75/2020, of 4 August, on Tourism in Catalonia.
- As for the legal purpose, the legal basis for the processing of your data is as follows:
- Tax regulations (general, invoicing and those specific to each tax)
- Commercial regulations
- the regulations on citizen security: Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out activities of accommodation and rental of motor vehicles.
- As for the commercial purpose, the legal basis for the processing of the data is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
V.- To which recipients will your data be communicated?
In compliance with the provisions of sectoral regulations, your data will only be communicated to the bodies of the Public Administration that are competent to process them. The data will not be communicated to other companies or third parties, nor will it be transferred to a third country or international organization.
VI.- What are your rights?
- Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed.
- Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion, among other reasons, when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- In certain circumstances provided for in Article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data.
- Data subjects may object to the processing of their data. The data controller will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or to exercise or defend possible claims.

VIII.- What means of claim are there?
If you consider that your rights have not been adequately addressed, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
