IV.- CANCELLATION POLICY LATION
A) Cancellation policy applicable to the contracting of the tourist accommodation service in high season, which includes: Easter, 1 May long weekend, Sant Joan long weekend, July and August stays, 11 September long weekend, 12 October long weekend, All Saints’ Day, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
- If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation 60 days or more before the date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation between 30 and 59 days before the date of arrival, 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation of the reservation is requested between 15 and 29 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation of the reservation is made within 14 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded and the following penalties will be applied:
- a) Reservation for two or fewer days, 60% of the total price of the stay.
- b) Reservations for more than two days and up to seven days, 50% of the total price of the stay.
- c) Reservation for more than seven days, 40% of the total price of the stay.
The deposit not returned will be considered as the amount withheld on account of the corresponding penalty.
B) Cancellation policy for stays in low season (includes days/periods not included in the section A))
- If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation 30 days or more before the date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation between 20 and 29 days before the date of arrival, 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation of the reservation is requested between 11 and 19 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation of the reservation is made within 10 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded and the following penalties will be applied:
- a) Reservation for two or fewer days, 60% of the total price of the stay.
- b) Reservations for more than two days and up to seven days, 50% of the total price of the stay.
- c) Reservation for more than seven days, 40% of the total price of the stay.
The deposit not returned will be considered as the amount withheld on account of the corresponding penalty.
C) Compensation for renunciation of the stay
When users of the establishment leave the reserved unit before the date until which they had it reserved, the following clauses will apply:
- a) Stay of two or fewer days: 100% of the total price of the stay may be demanded
- b) Stay of more than two days and up to seven days: 70% of the total price of the stay may be charged.
- c) Stay of more than seven days: 60% of the total price of the stay may be demanded
